The McDaniel Institute is a clinical and educational institution dedicated to restoring physiological alignment, nervous system regulation, and metabolic stability in high-achieving women navigating midlife transitions.
The McDaniel Institute was founded on the understanding that emotional and physiological healing are inseparable — that when a woman's nervous system, metabolism, identity, and purpose are in alignment, the body follows. Our work is not symptomatic management. It is root-cause restoration.
"Whole healing is not a program. It is the right of every woman — and the work of her lifetime."
A 12-week private protocol built on three progressive phases — each grounded in clinical physiology, nervous system science, and identity architecture. Body composition trending toward alignment is the byproduct of systemic regulation, not the primary objective.
All assessments, intake materials, onboarding resources, and scheduling tools are housed here. Begin where you are.
Dr. McDaniel holds dual doctoral degrees as a Doctor of Holistic & Functional Medicine, conferred by Rockwell School of Holistic Medicine. Her practice centers on root-cause women's health — integrating nervous system regulation, metabolic recalibration, hormonal restoration, and identity alignment into a single cohesive methodology.
Her 14-year journey — from lived experience to clinical practice — forms the foundation of an approach that treats the whole woman: physiologically, cognitively, emotionally, and purposefully.
